Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Parada Waste LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our dumpster rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Parada Waste LLC provides roll-off dumpster rental services in the Greater Houston area. Our services include delivery, pickup, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Rental Terms
Rental Period
- Standard rental periods are 7-10 days unless otherwise agreed upon
- Extended rental periods may be arranged for an additional fee
- Rental period begins on the date of delivery
Placement
- Customer is responsible for providing clear, accessible placement location
- Dumpsters must be placed on stable, level surfaces
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for public placement
- We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces
3. Prohibited Materials
The following materials are strictly prohibited and may not be placed in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste (chemicals, pesticides, solvents)
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Batteries (automotive, lithium, etc.)
- Tires
- Appliances containing freon (refrigerators, freezers, AC units)
- Medical or infectious waste
- Paint and paint-related products
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Electronics (computers, TVs, monitors)
- Food waste or liquids
If prohibited materials are found, additional fees will apply for proper disposal, and the customer may be subject to fines and penalties.
4. Weight Limits
Each dumpster has a maximum weight limit. Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional charges. Weight limits vary by dumpster size and will be communicated at the time of booking. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, and roofing materials should be discussed with us prior to rental.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon delivery or as otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Additional fees may apply for overweight loads, extended rentals, or prohibited materials
- All prices are subject to change without notice
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the dumpster is accessible for pickup at the scheduled time
- Do not overfill the dumpster above the fill line
- Do not block or restrict access to the dumpster doors
- Protect the dumpster from theft, vandalism, or unauthorized use
- Notify us immediately of any issues or damage
7. Liability and Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Parada Waste LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parada Waste LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental service.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
