Roll-Off Dumpsters for Construction Projects
A roll-off dumpster is an open-top steel container delivered by truck and placed on your job site, then hauled away when it is full. Contractors use them to keep debris in one place instead of making repeated trips to a landfill or transfer station.
Parada Waste rents 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard roll-off containers to general contractors, remodelers, roofers, and property owners in Houston and surrounding cities. The right container depends on the volume and weight of your debris, the space available on site, and how long the project will run.

Call for Size Advice: 281-741-3847Construction Dumpster Size Guide
Choose by debris weight as well as volume. Heavy materials fill a container's weight limit before its space, so a smaller container is often right for concrete or tile. Size availability is confirmed when you book.
| Size | Typical construction use |
|---|---|
| 10 yard dumpster | Small remodels, a single bathroom, heavy debris such as concrete, tile, or brick |
| 15 yard dumpster | Kitchen remodels, flooring removal, small interior demolition |
| 20 yard dumpster | Roof tear-offs, multi-room remodels, deck removal |
| 30 yard dumpster | New construction, additions, framing and drywall waste |
| 40 yard dumpster | Large demolition, commercial build-outs, bulky light debris |
Demolition Dumpster Rental in Houston
Demolition debris is usually heavier and more mixed than general construction waste. Interior gut-outs produce drywall, cabinets, flooring and fixtures; structural demolition adds lumber, roofing, masonry and concrete.
For heavy demolition debris, a smaller container filled to its weight limit is often more practical than a large one. For bulky, lighter debris such as framing lumber and drywall, a 30 or 40 yard container reduces the number of hauls. Describe the structure and materials when you request a quote so we can recommend a size and confirm what can go in the container.
Delivery, Pickup, and Job Site Requirements
Planning placement and pickup before the container arrives keeps crews working and avoids delays.
Same-day delivery may be available depending on scheduling and availability.
- 1
Tell us the job
Share the address, project type, debris, and start date on the quote form or by phone.
- 2
Confirm size and delivery
We recommend a size and confirm the earliest delivery window available for your site.
- 3
Prepare placement
Choose a firm, level spot with truck access and overhead clearance. Street placement may need city approval.
- 4
Call for pickup or a swap
When the container is full or the phase is done, call to schedule pickup or discuss a replacement.
For contractors and remodelers
Separate heavy debris such as concrete from light debris such as drywall and lumber when you can, and tell us the mix in advance. Keep loads level with the top of the container so it can be hauled safely.
For demolition projects
Demolition creates heavy, mixed loads. Describe the structure and materials when requesting a quote so we can recommend the size and confirm what can go in the container.
